Located between Hay St Mall and St Georges Terrace in the heart of Perth’s CBD, the arcade offers an ambient shopping precinct with a variety of charming boutiques, cafes and services. Bringing a taste of Europe to Perth, the magnificent clock face at the Hay Street entry is a replica of the ‘Great Clock’ at Rouen in France.
